Please note, all delivery times are estimated. Actual shipping time is calculated from the day you receive your order confirmation from aepell via e-mail. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days after receipt.

All the prices above do not include taxes. If shipping costs apply to your purchase order, they will appear on the checkout page and in the order confirmation. Free shipping thresholds will be automatically applied upon checkout. Please read our Terms & Conditions, as they apply to all shipments. In addition, please note that due to COVID-19, delivery may take longer than usual.

All orders to countries outside of the European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that you, the recipient, may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the exact amount of these charges and fees (because they depend on the customs regulations in your country).

Separate Deliveries

If your order consists of multiple products, we reserve the right to deliver these seperately. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods or ingredients are delayed or out of stock at the time of your order. We will inform you if your order is subject to separate deliveries. We will not charge additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Inspection of Orders

When you receive your aepell package, please promptly examine the shipment to ensure there are no faulty/defective products or incorrect items included in your shipment. If your package has been damaged during transportation, we encourage you to not accept the shipment and contact us right away at hello@aepell.com. If you identify any faulty or defective products or incorrect items when you open your package, please also contact us at hello@aepell.com.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Depending on the shipping method and carrier, this email may include a tracking link, which enables you to follow your shipment. If you need help localizing your shipment or otherwise have any questions related to shipping and deliveries, please email us at hello@aepell.com. Please include the order number in the email subject line.

RETURNS AND THE AEPELL PROMISE

We are 100% convinced of the quality of our products. You’re probably thinking: “I’ve heard that before.” After all, the skin care industry is notorious for aggressive marketing, selling miracle cures, and promising unattainable results. We feel you. That’s why we put our money where our mouth is.

If you are unhappy with your aepell product after using it for 30 days, send us an email at hello@aepell.com and return the product to us. We will adjust the formulation and send you a new product free of charge. If you’re still unhappy with the new product after another 30 days of consistent use, we will give you your money back, no questions asked.

It’s really that simple – no hidden conditions.
